Hi' I am Michelle A. Bosco
Michelle A. Bosco
Role (including brief description of how you help families):
My role at Pariva Health is as Clinical Psychologist and Lead Trainer. The former affords me the honor to evaluate, support, and consult with families throughout the neuropsychological diagnostic process. The latter provides me the privilege of developing and implementing Pariva Health’s Diagnostic Specialist Training. My role here combines my two professional loves: assessment and teaching.
Degree/licensure (if applicable):
Doctor of Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.), concentration in neuropsychology; licensed CT; Telehealth Registered Psychologist VT; license eligible in MA, NY, RI.
Brief summary of how/why you got into this line of work:
I have always been interested in human behavior in a broad sense, which left me juggling psychology/psychological science and archaeology for years. I like digging – into the soil (it’s not dirt, too valuable), into brain-behavior relationships, into the depths – if my digging helps one family to find answers, peace, support, connection, agency – that is all I need.
Brief quote about why you love this work or why it’s so rewarding:
“Ring the bell that still can ring, forget your perfect offering. There is a crack, a crack in everything, that’s how the light gets in…” (Leonard Cohen, Anthem,1992)
