Diagnostic Specialist / Psychological Evaluator
Doctor of Clinical Psychology (License-eligible; practicing under supervision)
Dr. Rondón pursued clinical psychology with a strong interest in understanding how developmental, emotional, and cognitive factors shape a person’s daily functioning. She was especially drawn to diagnostic work because of its ability to provide clarity for individuals and families seeking answers.
She specializes in comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults, assessing concerns related to ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning differences, OCD, tic disorders, and social-emotional functioning. Her work focuses on identifying strengths, clarifying diagnoses, and guiding meaningful next steps for support and intervention.
Dr. Rondón received her doctoral training in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Latino Mental Health from William James College and has experience working across hospital, community, and outpatient settings with diverse populations. She provides services in both English and Spanish.
She is committed to culturally responsive and culturally competent care, ensuring that each evaluation considers the individual’s cultural background, language, and lived experiences. She also enjoys incorporating child-friendly, engaging approaches during evaluations, making the process comfortable and approachable for younger clients.
“I find it incredibly rewarding to help families gain clarity and understanding. Being able to provide answers and direction during what can feel like an uncertain time is what makes this work so meaningful to me.”
