Brief summary of how/why you got into this line of work

With over seven years of experience in the field of Applied Behvaior Analysis (ABA), Jasmin has had the privilege of working closely with neurodivergent children across educational and clinical settings. Her work within the school system allowed her to implement individualized behavioral interventions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social development. Additionally, her experience as an outpatient therapist has strengthened her ability to assess needs, develop treatment plans, and provide supportive, empathetic, evidence based care. This background has equipped her with a deep understanding of developmental and behavioral differences, which she brings to the role of diagnostic specialist.
